Improve RenoTracks!

As a grateful alumni of last year's Hack4Reno, RenoTracks is still alive and kicking, but there's plenty of room for improvement! Let's see how a big a boost we can give it. We may not qualify for prizes, but that's ok! We're in it to make our community better.

Currently RenoTracks is iOS-only, so adding Android would be a big win.
