Submitting an idea?

From the front page under "How to Enter" it says this:
Your idea (300 words or less) before 5 p.m. on Oct. 1st

Do we need to submit an idea today, and if so where? I can't find an option for submitting an idea anywhere on this site.

    Hi Mike,

    Sorry this is confusing. This is the first time we're using ChallengePost so still getting used to the platform. The 'Submission' section is for the last day of H4R. This is where you submit your team's final project. Since there really is no place to 'Submit an Idea', go ahead and submit it in the 'Discussions section. This way people can comment and have conversations about your idea. I'll update the 'How to Enter' text with this info.
